Job DescriptionDevelop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness

Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide creative strategies

Manage and inspire the creative and branding team to achieve high-impact results

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, etc.) to ensure design concepts align with business goals and objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of creativity

Evaluate project progress and ensure that final outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and expectationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related fields

Minimum of 5 years experience in branding and creative advertising role, preferably in the Philippines market

Proven experience in managing a creative team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards of design

Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and campaign optimization

Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Strong project management skills and experience in working with project management software

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail

Strong command in EnglishAmenable to start as soon as possible
