Visual Director Position

As a key creative leader, you will shape the brand's visual identity and drive high-impact campaigns across digital platforms.

You will develop compelling visual content, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive creative strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise to develop impactful visual experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable brand identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct design critiques and approve visual assets, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and marketing objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of visual assets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing team efficiency and creative output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visual Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Strong understanding of how visual design impacts user engagement and eCommerce performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
