Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Lagro, Fairview, Quezon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets with the President.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of solid experience in field sales operations and account management in the fast-moving consumer goods or food and beverage industry. Strong business acumen and a high level of understanding of key financial indicators are essential for this role.

  • Developing and implementing action plans to address operational gaps and capture market opportunities.
  • Managing S&OP with the President.
  • Ensuring effective distribution, availability, and visibility of brands/products in assigned accounts.
  • Building trade relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts through regular sales visits, engagement programs, retail education, and advocacy programs.

Requirements:
