We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management plans for assigned initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • They will design and implement detailed project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • The main point of contact for clients or stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in tech, operations, or marketing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, including Asana, Trello, Jira, and ClickUp.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing international clients and multicultural teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and on-time results.
