We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to support our Digital Marketing team.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various platforms to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for business growth.
  • You will create reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to make informed decisions, develop strategic plans, and drive performance optimization.
  • Effective communication is crucial in this role; you will present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • You will analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the development and refinement of our organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools is essential.
  • Candidates should have good knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Furthermore, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a creative mindset are required.
