Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Take-off Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication to ensure precise calculations and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided Word and Excel templates
Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
