Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Testing and Quality Assurance Leader to drive the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across projects.

  • Award-winning team seeks a Quality Assurance expert for a challenging role driving QA processes across multiple projects, focusing on leadership, collaboration, testing process implementation, and stakeholder engagement.


About This Role

This position involves leading testing efforts, developing test plans, writing test cases, ensuring high-quality software applications, and staying current with industry best practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in leading testing activities and teams, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of technical concepts.



Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project requirements and collaborating with delivery leads to contribute to user story acceptance criteria.
  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Designing, developing, and executing test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Tracking and improving quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Applying testing processes for new and existing products, tailoring them to meet specific client needs and project requirements.


Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading testing and quality assurance activities and teams.
  • Experience in developing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
