Facade Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for analyzing building inspection data and generating comprehensive engineering reports for clients.

Job Description:
  • Collaborate directly with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis.

You will work remotely, managing communication and project deliverables effectively across different time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting.
