Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys, timekeepers, and secretaries, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve administrative objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and finalize meetings to optimize productivity.
  • Accurately update contact management information to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by sending reminders and responding to queries.
  • Process disbursements, wire transfers, and expense reports efficiently using the internal coding system.
  • Enter and close time entries in Intapp Time according to timekeeper instructions.
  • Prepare mail and courier labels as required.
  • Assist with meeting planning activities, including event registration, room bookings, and visitor registration.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Prior experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm, BPO, or professional services environment, is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Native or bilingual English language proficiency is necessary.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Maintaining attention to detail is crucial for accurate task completion.
