Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via social media channels.
  • Track and analyze social media interactions to provide insights and reports to the management team.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's online reputation by responding to reviews and feedback professionally and constructively.
  • Identify and manage potential social media crises, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
