Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to join our dynamic team and manage high-volume financial operations for a scaling business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive accounts payable processes through the Bill.com platform with approval workflows
  • Handle accounts receivable operations and customer billing processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date QuickBooks records for all financial transactions
  • Create and maintain detailed depreciation schedules for high-value fixed assets
  • Execute thorough monthly closing procedures, including fixed asset reporting
  • Perform complex reconciliation of thousands of monthly transactions, matching software-generated reports against actual cash receipts
  • Download, process, and analyze detailed transaction reports from charging network software
  • Record and categorize high-volume transaction data with precision and accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven proficiency with the Bill.com platform for payables management
  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, complex formulas, and sophisticated reconciliation processes
  • Solid experience with fixed asset management and depreciation schedule creation
  • Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably with US-based clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume transaction processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling thousands of data points
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet monthly closing deadlines
  • Commitment to working Eastern Time business hours
  • Professional approach to handling sensitive financial information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment without relying on AI tools for core accounting functions
