Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with retention channels, and analyzing marketing data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage marketing campaigns, including organizing photoshoots, assigning ad asset requests, and coordinating with licensors.
  • Pull weekly marketing data and conduct basic analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Project manage the execution of special projects, such as gift with purchase and product launches.
  • Execute ad-hoc marketing execution tasks, including updating transactional emails and maintaining asset naming conventions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for the brand.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant or similar role, with a preference for experience in the DTC e-commerce space.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with experience in influencer/creator communication management preferred.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and retention channels.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data preferred.
