Job Overview

These dedicated professionals will support a range of customer service initiatives, resolving issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.

Strong communication skills are essential in handling sensitive information, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Representatives will also research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to scripts, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience is highly valued.
  • Experience working from home is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is expected.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is expected.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
