Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead our paid media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success through data-driven strategies and innovative approaches.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of analysts and collaborating with clients to develop and optimize paid media campaigns. You will need to lead by example, setting high standards for performance and accountability while providing guidance and support to your team members.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor is essential, as you will be responsible for leading experienced Google and Facebook admins.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
