We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Application Support professional to join our team at ConnectOS. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of application-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate application logs, error reports, and user complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes for future reference.
- Develop scripts and tools to enhance system maintenance and reduce manual efforts.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices for BAU and for Reports.
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level full-time position in our Engineering and Information Technology department. You will work closely with our development team to resolve application-related issues and improve system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S) in computer science, engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in web application support, troubleshooting, and development.
- Experience with databases (SQL) and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with web servers (IIS) and application hosting with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
