Pricing Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a Pricing Associate to support our Sales Support team in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions are completed within defined processes and SLAs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes, completing price exceptions requests, and escalating exceptions as needed with Commercial Manager and higher management. They will also send contracts to potential customers using CRM system, communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions, and coordinate feedback from centre teams to understand local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Send contracts to potential customers using CRM system.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to understand local market conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
