Job Summary:

This role is a key technical expert responsible for the operational health of identity infrastructure.

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer focused on Azure, you will play a crucial part in securing and managing digital identities and access to critical resources.

  • Handle advanced administration, integration, and support for Microsoft Entra ID environment.
  • Serve as primary technical escalation point for L2 queries related to Entra ID and other integrated IAM solutions.

Operational Health
  • Ensure seamless operation of identity infrastructure.
  • Analyze sign-in and audit logs to troubleshoot issues and investigate security events.
Technical Expertise
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies that meet business needs while ensuring security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture.
Communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
