Job Description

This role is for an accomplished Digital Analytics Expert who will join our organization to deliver top-notch analytics services. As a senior specialist, you'll be working remotely and contributing to making business more human-centric.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining consistent cadence for key marketing funnel metrics reporting and providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Developing detailed channel forecasts, managing forecasting vs actual data, and automating or enhancing solutions as needed.
  • Proactively identifying optimization opportunities and issues within the marketing funnel, collaborating with channel leaders to create and execute action plans.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights to inform monthly channel strategies.
  • Overseeing digital experimentation setup, measurement, and reporting across all channels.
  • Ensuring data integrity and suggesting database changes to meet marketing requirements.
  • Setting up, configuring, and maintaining marketing automation, lead generation/nurturing, campaign tracking, AI learning systems, and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Console, SEMrush, Looker, Hootsuite, Sense HQ, ATS).
  • Building and managing custom data pipelines, workflows, lead scoring models, and reporting dashboards to support marketing processes.
  • Monitoring and cleansing data regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to marketing system configuration, integrations, and basic SEO.
  • Training and supporting marketing teams on tools, processes, and best practices to drive adoption and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in analytical and technical roles (e.g., marketing analytics, marketing operations, management consulting, or marketing development).
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing automation development/administration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, lead management, and demand generation strategies.
  • Advanced Excel data modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Familiarity with key marketing funnel metrics, KPIs, and building/maintaining forecasting models.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in relevant tech stack (Asana, Looker, GA4, SEMrush, Taleo ATS, Sense HQ) or similar.
