Job Description

As a strategic product manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of managed services, leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio. This includes advanced technical solutions across network, security, cloud platforms, hardware, and distributor relationships.

About Your New Role

You will build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and distributors to drive service growth, procurement efficiency, and training enablement. You will also own the full product lifecycle for managed services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and distributors.
  • Own the full product lifecycle for managed services.
  • Design and integrate scalable, vendor-aligned services.
  • Partner with finance and procurement on pricing models and budgeting.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback and improving reliability and security standards.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and internal teams.
  • Track performance through vendor scorecards and KPI reporting.
Requirements For Success
  • Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Background in product lifecycle management across networking, cloud, and IoT solutions.
  • Skills in service design, operational integration, and creating scalable frameworks.
  • Financial acumen in pricing models and budgeting.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience tracking KPIs and producing reports.
