Product Lifecycle Management Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the system Super User, overseeing product data creation and management across various channels. You'll act as the primary gatekeeper of item data and a liaison between cross-functional teams.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product specifications, purchasing information, and bills of materials in the PLM system.
  • Track revisions with full versioning logic across product development, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
Data Quality & Calendar Management
  • Ensure global data standards and field-level validation rules are upheld; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries.
  • Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and Logistics teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements.
  • Participate in milestone and handoff meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies.
System Admin & Training
  • Act as the Asia-based Super User: handle tickets, train new users, document workflows, and test enhancements.
  • Partner with the U.S. team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements.

This is a remote position that requires experience in product lifecycle management, tech pack creation, or product operations ideally in e-commerce or consumer goods.
