Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our transition from manual QA processes to automation-first approaches.

The successful candidate will define and implement end-to-end test strategies, collaborating closely with our cross-functional engineering team.

This role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, as well as strong knowledge of automated testing principles.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive QA automation strategies across our web-based platform.
  2. Select and implement suitable automation tools and frameworks.
  3. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  4. Collaborate with developers and QA teammates to ensure high test coverage.
  5. Design and implement regression, functional, and integration tests across the entire application stack.
  6. Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
  7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and daily standups.
Key Qualifications
  • 6+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Ability to design and build automated tests from scratch for web applications.
  • Familiarity with TestRigor, TestRail, or similar tools for managing test cases.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or leading small QA teams.
