Senior Project Manager - Quality Assurance

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage quality assurance projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and software development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, escalate issues, and remove blockers.
  • Establish processes and rituals to maintain stakeholder alignment and communication.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
