Business Growth Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building relationships with potential customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage internal resources and expertise to drive sales success
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales organization
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
