About the Job

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to make a tangible impact across marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment and be extremely comfortable with advanced software tools including various AI-enabled automation tools.

They will also have hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing as well as strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects at once, have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and have startup or fast-paced environment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate with content creators internally and externally to produce high-quality content
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver assets
  • Regularly update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development
