Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage our social media presence and reputation.

About the Role

This position involves daily engagement, content creation, cross-posting, reputation monitoring, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 30 minutes twice a day commenting on LinkedIn posts, focusing on top posts, mentions of the brand, employee posts, and industry-related themes.
  • Cross-post all LinkedIn content to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Read industry news for 15 minutes twice a day and share updates via WhatsApp and Social Slack.
  • Use AI-powered tools to create engaging content, run first 10 posts by an approver, then schedule posts natively.
  • Conduct daily reputation checks across the web, report negatives, and monitor mentions of the brand name.
  • Develop new content ideas, improve AI-powered prompts over time, and repurpose high-performing posts into new formats.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI navigation is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube content strategies is required.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft professional comments and posts are necessary.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments is crucial.
  • A creative mindset with experience in content repurposing and basic graphic formatting is required.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet daily posting and monitoring schedules is necessary.
  • Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but strong motivation and adaptability are valued.
  • Acting as an Executive Assistant when needed is also a requirement.
  • Dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM is required.
  • At least 25 MBPS internet speed is necessary.
