About the Role

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for our Accounting Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for top management's review, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop financial forecasts used as the basis for budgeting and planning.
  • Financial Health Review: Regularly review the financial health of each brand based on sales and spending data.
  • Transaction Tracking and Compliance: Ensure accurate tracking of all financial transactions and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Liaison with Government Agencies: Liaise with necessary government agencies, such as BIR, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Male or Female candidates aged 25-55 years old
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
  • Non-CPA candidates accepted
  • Strong advocate for accuracy in reports
  • Well-versed in all compliance requirements
