Job Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform data entry and management tasks in support of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and data processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information before submission.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in data handling.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify and confirm details as needed.
  • Track and organize work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for data security and confidentiality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in data entry, data processing, or similar tasks.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, or Airtable.
  • Familiar with custom internal tools and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to transcribe data without errors.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Proactive, clear communicator, and receptive to feedback.
  • Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Stable employment history.
