Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion to create high-quality designs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed architectural designs and construction documents using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  • Create visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections to meet project requirements.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications for successful project execution.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with strong academic credentials.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methods and building systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world projects.
  • Excellent rendering and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
