We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of a luxury residential project. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-end house design, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to deliver world-class architectural solutions that reflect sophistication, functionality, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development of a luxury residential property from concept to completion.
  • Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
  • Select premium materials, finishes, and architectural details suited for high-end living spaces.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (PRC).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end construction methods, finishes, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly with high-profile clients.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple phases of construction.
