Remote Contingent Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to work as Contingent Contact Center Agents in a remote work-from-home setup. This is a temporary, full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, or chat support.
- Leverage our account management systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to type at least 20 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
