Remote Customer Service Representative

At Social Media Top Team, we are looking for a professional and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.
About the Role- We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and requests, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- You will also be responsible for escalating customer feedback as required.
- In addition, you will identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- You must have call center experience (6 months and above)
- Speak and write good English
- Have excellent computer and typing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be well organized and detail oriented
- Be teachable
