Remote Humanitarian Service Representative

Agents are needed for temporary, remote positions contingent on hurricane disaster relief efforts. This position operates from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and requests
- Learn common customer requests and provide solutions
- Improve customer experience through excellent service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills necessary
- Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
- High reliability and ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented with empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious behavior
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
