Market Intelligence Researcher

A multifaceted opportunity exists for a detail-oriented individual to join our research team. This role is responsible for gathering market intelligence through online research and direct phone outreach. You will be contacting apartment staff or reviewing trusted websites to collect key property data such as rental rates, occupancy levels, and other market-specific information.

  • Conduct online research to gather comprehensive market insights
  • Contact local apartment communities to verify and update property information
  • Track new developments, acquisitions, and listings to ensure data remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Identify property sales, listings, and ownership changes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicating findings clearly and accurately via email and internal tools

Requirements:

  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Reliable computer setup with dual monitors and stable internet connection
  • Previous experience or interest in commercial real estate is a plus
