At SolutionCX, we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves managing multiple books/entities and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, sales, and real estate purchases/sales. You will also need to reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, verify transactions, and run regular expense reports.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience using QuickBooks and understand GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
