Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor systems.
  • Create CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep software.
  • Annotate drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep.
  • Complete accurate and timely processing of assigned work.
  • Ensure duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Identify incomplete information and verify with customer.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and support desk software.
  • Collaborate with internal team.
  • Maintain status of tickets in Freshdesk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with emphasis on HVAC or Mechanical.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct) preferred.
