Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Microsoft Expertise - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ecosystem
  • AI & Automation Experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions
  • Reliability and Accountability - Consistently delivers on time with precision and accountability
  • No-Code/Low-Code Mastery - Skilled in platforms like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, and similar tools
  • API Integration Skills - Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
  • AI Tool Integration - Experienced in embedding AI tools into streamlined workflows
  • CRM Workflow Automation - Familiar with CRM platforms, with a track record of automating task creation, lead, and contact workflows
