Job Overview

As a seasoned DevOps professional, you will design, implement and manage automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code solutions to optimize platform provisioning and reduce operational overhead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Own the operational health and performance of both production and pre-production environments, ensuring high availability, scalability and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain ephemeral development environments for testing and QA, automating provisioning and decommissioning to minimize operational costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development and product teams to align platform services with development needs, providing technical expertise to resolve issues and enhance collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement and implement preventative measures.
  • Ensure platform infrastructure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through regular evaluations and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for platform processes, including contribution guides, incident handling procedures and operational best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in technical skills, troubleshooting methodologies and platform engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with strong knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
