Multilingual Customer Service Representative

A leading company specializes in exterior home and cabinet painting services. They seek a highly skilled customer service representative to join their team.
This role requires strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English and French.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable, with excellent time-management skills and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads.
- Assist in lead generation and consultation booking.
- Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels.
- Utilize key tools such as Active Campaign, Spray-Net Work, Front, and MyContact Center for smooth operations.
- Work closely with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.
- English and French fluency.
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand various accents.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred).
- General computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools.
- Pass a typing test to assess written communication speed and accuracy.
- Submit a cover letter as part of the screening process.
- Equip yourself for remote work.
