Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Resource Management team in tracking workforce utilization, analyzing staffing data, and helping optimize resource allocation across projects and service lines.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor resource utilization and availability across teams.
  • Maintain and update resource trackers and databases.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on staffing metrics.
  • Identify trends in underutilization and develop recommendations.
  • Coordinate with team leads to gather resource-related data and updates.
  • Contribute to forecasting and planning efforts by providing accurate data inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Will to learn and take initiative in improving resource processes.
