Regional Sales Coordinator

The Palawan Group of Companies is looking for a talented Sales Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our sales success in the assigned region.
About This Role- This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business objectives and meet established KPIs.
- The ideal candidate will accurately gather and analyze data to assess business performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
- Foster partnerships with both high-value and regular customers to drive sustained growth in the assigned region.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful Implementation of Aligned Sales Plan (Regional)
- Regional Sales Target Achievement
- Regional Daily Sales Average
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Experience in handling retail products is a plus.
Must be willing to undertake frequent travel within the assigned scope/area. Willingness to be assigned in Makati City.
