Lead Financial Advisor

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead complex financial functions, oversee reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive informed business decisions.
Your expertise will serve as a key advisor internally and to clients, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
- Prepare and review tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
- Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Active CPA license is required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
