Our team is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform additional duties as assigned by departmental meetings.
  2. Establish effective communication channels between hotel departments.
  3. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
  4. Ensure a well-presented uniform at all times.
  5. Address health, safety, and employee welfare concerns in a proactive manner.
  6. Attend daily briefings and department meetings when the Food and Beverage Manager is absent.
  7. Foster a culture of guest name recognition and upselling opportunities among team members.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  9. Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory workplace requirements.
  10. Support the development of colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  11. Undertake other tasks as required for smooth operations.
