Food and Beverage Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the strategic management of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
