Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Statement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements for our clients.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintaining fixed asset schedules and assisting in tax return preparation during peak seasons.
  • Reconciling books across multiple entities with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite.
  • Supporting client-facing accounting teams with monthly close activities in QuickBooks Online when available.
