Financial Records Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and preparing reports under the guidance of our leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with experience working with QuickBooks Online. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
- Process transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare data and schedules for tax returns and audits
- Assist with gathering documentation for year-end tax preparation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or junior accountant role
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
