Business Analyst Opportunity

Spreetail aims to help brands boost their e-commerce market share worldwide. Our organization is dedicated to reducing operational costs and increasing efficiency.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst who can analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to drive efficient solutions for key accounts.

This role requires a data-driven individual who can dive deep into details and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be able to generate comprehensive reports, source new reports, anticipate issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance, and present solutions promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Source new reports to increase client stickiness.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues in brand client receipts, shipping, or performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Manage projects for timely completion.

Required Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments with 3PL expertise.
