Customer Service Analyst Job Description

This role involves evaluating customer service operations and analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights that improve the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Analyst ensures that customer interactions are monitored, measured, and optimized in alignment with organizational goals.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating customer service operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Partnering with customer service, operations, and product teams to implement enhancements.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Providing insights to support training programs and knowledge base development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work diplomatically across teams.
  • A strong understanding of business intelligence tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
