Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Quezon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing recruitment data and providing insights to optimize sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collects, cleans, and analyzes recruitment data from various sources and systems.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates).
  • Identifies trends, patterns, and insights in recruitment data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborates with TA Sourcing Officers, TA Managers, and other HR groups to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
  • Ensures the accurate input of information in databases for processed applications, the generation of campaign-specific reports, and other internal recruitment reports.
  • Performs data entry and extraction around candidate information in appropriate systems/tools.
  • Aims to bring about increased efficiency and expediency in all data management activities.
  • Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations to monitor and analyze recruitment/sourcing operations.
  • Reports status, effectiveness, and quality of specific sourcing channels.
Requirements:
  • One to two years of work experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
  • General knowledge of Recruitment and selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
