Job Title:

DBA/Analyst

As a skilled and detail-oriented DBA/Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large and complex datasets using Python and SQL to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Present findings through compelling data narratives and visualizations tailored to various stakeholder audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.
  • Support initiatives related to student outcomes, institutional performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in or with educational institutions, with an understanding of academic data and student lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
