Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead, you will manage multiple teams and team members, focusing on performance quality management, logistics, internal coordination, and external communications.

  • Identify growth and development opportunities for team members and provide regular coaching.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality, escalating issues as needed.
